The difference is that you do not have the products on hand, instead you only promote the product of another web store and you earn commissions in return. It does not require a huge amount of money for your initial investment, you can even start promoting their products through blogs or forums.

4. Offer web service.

 There is a variety of web services you can offer in the web. These includes internet marketing, online marketing, web design, web programming and a lot more. In this type of online business, you earn through providing services to your clients, you get paid per contract, per hour, or per diem. This does not require a large sum of initial investment, since the primary thing you have to do is promote your online presence.
