What is a Microtask site you may ask? It is a website that provides short tasks for members to complete in exchange of monetary compensation, it can be as little as $0.1 to as much as $5 for a simple task, depending on the offer.

Inside Microtasks sites, there are employers and workers. The employers are the ones hiring workers to complete a certain jobs and pays them for the job done. While the workers are the ones who are performing the tasks the have chosen to do.

The employers have the discretion to determine if the task is done correctly or not. If the employer is not satisfied with the task done by the worker, he will let the worker repeat the certain task. Employers creates campaigns for a certain task, they also indicate how many workers are need for a campaign.

The workers on the other hand, can choose whether or not they will complete a certain task. Once they have applied for a certain task, they should finish it or it will have a negative mark on their reputation. Workers with good reputation are more likely to be given tasks.
